You can access the specific folder either by using an FTP client and/or the File Manager via your cPanel (if uploading larger files, it is highly recommended that you use a 3rd party FTP client). Simply access your /home directory. From here you will see various folders but the one you need to upload to is the /public_html/ folder as this is the folder that will originally publish your files to the web. If you create folders within this folder, you will be able to access them as directories.
